Community Impact Survey

The survey is anonymous. Your responses are important to us. They will help us understand your child's experiences and provide feedback for the continuous improvement of the Gymnastics program.   Responses will be aggregated and used solely for the service improvement of our Gymnastics program.

Some questions in the survey require input from your child. Please consider your child's perspective in your responses.

It is Y Geelong's policy to keep our program participants' information confidential, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and anonymous.
