OSHC

YMCA St Mary MacKillop Bannockburn OSHC is a service delivered by the Y Geelong, a non-profit community organisation that believes in the power of inspired young people.

Y programs are committed to enriching childhood and are built on the four pillars of safety, a local and responsive service approach, holistic learning practices, and keeping children healthy and active.

Our Children’s Services are approved by ACECQA (Federal) and licensed with the Department of Education and Training (DET). We operate under the Education and Care Services National Law Act (2010) and Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011).

Register & Book

Registering for the first time?

If this is the first time you're registering for our service, please see below for what you’ll need to provide:

  • Choose the service you wish to enrol into;
  • Provide billing information for a direct debit;
  • Provide contact information;
  • Provide your child's Centrelink Customer Reference Number (CRN), as well as the CRN for the person claiming Child Care Subsidy;
  • Upload a copy of your child's immunisation history statement;
  • Upload a copy of your child's birth certificate;
  • Upload a copy of your child's medical management plan if they have one.
Our Programs

To keep things fun and exciting for the children in our program, each week's activities are different and updated according to enjoyment levels and seasonal holidays and weather.

Activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Origami

  • Ball Games
  • Crafts
  • Gardening in the onsite Sustainability Garden
  • Ninja Warriors
  • Science experiments

Signing In & Out

Signing In

All children must be SIGNED IN upon arrival at the centre.

Signing Out

In accordance with child safety, when signing out, photo Identification (ID) will be required to sign your child out.

Registrations

Please use the link to create your online registration through the Kiosk.

All families, new and existing will need to complete an online registration if they have not already done so.

You need to be registered online for us to be able to process your booking for the OSHC Program.

Through this portal you can upload and edit your child’s information, such as contact details, emergency details, additional contacts, medical information and anything else that we need to be aware of, please use this to update any details relating to your registration in future to keep our records current.
