HOW TO ENROL
- Select Register on the My Family Lounge Widget above
- Choose the service you wish to enrol into;
- Provide billing information for a direct debit;
- Provide contact information;
- Provide your child's Centrelink Customer
- Reference Number (CRN), as well as the CRN for the person claiming Child Care Subsidy;
- Upload a copy of your child's immunisation history statement;
- Upload a copy of your child's birth certificate;
- Upload a copy of your child's medical management plan if they have one.
WHAT TO BRING – Y JUNIORS
- Healthy Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea - No nuts
- Wide-brim hat, no caps allowed
- Drink Bottle
- Change of clothes when advised. Please see the program flyer to see if your child will need a chance of clothes. It is recommended that young children bring a change of clothes.
- Appropriate footwear - Closed toe shoes
- All belongings must be labelled.
WHAT TO BRING – Y YOUTH

Fees:
- Centre Based Day: $88 per child daily fee
- Incursion Day: $118 per child daily fee
- Excursion Day: $149 per child daily fee
- Super Excursion Day: $154 per child daily fee
- Youth Out & About Program: $149 per child daily fee
- Late Charge - Pickup after 6:00pm: $1.50
- Direct Debit Rejection Fee: $19.95
NDIS

The Geelong & District YMCA Vacation Care service is a Commonwealth-approved childcare provider. Please see the program brochures for more information on daily activities and costs.
CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT OF FEES
- All fees will be direct debited prior to attending the service.
- Payments may take up to 48 hours to withdraw from your selected account.
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
All children booked in will be expected to attend however, participation is not compulsory. Families will, however, still be charged the daily fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation of a booking after the booking close date will incur fee charges (no refund or credit will apply)
- Cancellations during the program period will be charged a service fee. If families provide a medical certificate within 48 hrs of the absence, your account will be refunded or credited.

- Mobile phones and electronic devices are not permitted.
- It is recommended not to bring toys from home. The Y is not responsible for any toys children bring from home.
- No nuts permitted in packed lunches.

OPENING HOURS
The service opens at 7:30am & is open until 6:00pm
The School Holiday Program does not operate on Public Holidays.
SIGNING IN/OUT
Children must be signed in and signed out at The Y Geelong, Newtown between 7:30am - 9:00am.
Children must be picked up from The Y Geelong, Newtown by 6:00pm. Adults collecting children must be authorised on the children’s enrolment form to collect children. The Y will not allow unauthorised adults to collect children from the service. Please bring photo ID when picking up your child.

TRANSPORTATION
Y Youth Out & About
On days where families book to attend the Y Youth Out & About program, children will be transported by a 12 or 25 seat bus (depending on numbers), driven by a qualified staff member.
Y Juniors
On days when families book excursions, children will be transported by a 56 seat bus from McHarry's Services and Hire, and will be driven by a qualified McHarry's bus driver.
Risk Assessments aim to help children's education and care service approved providers, leaders, educators, teachers and staff to understand the importance of assessing and managing risk as an embedded part of quality practice and improvement.
Risk assessments for each activity are available upon request.
